We are the 18th Qingdao Blue Economic Conference, a government agency operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Qingdao, China.

Our purpose is to provide a lasting platform to fuel the future talents and innovators for Qingdao enterprises, universities, scientific research institutes, and public institutions, and to help Qingdao become a national blue economy city.

We deliver through multi-level, wide-spectrum development of talent introduction and cooperation, and through high-tech project partnerships via onsite activities. The Blue Economic Fair is a comprehensive event that includes talent and intelligence briefings, technology and project matchmaking, entrepreneurship and investment forums, high-level dialogues with global decision makers, Nobel Laureates, overseas and domestic experts and scientists.

We organize a range of activities, including Opening Ceremony, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit, Nobel Laureate Master Forum, High-end Leadership Dialogue, accelerating the construction of a developed marine economy, Overseas High-level Expert Dialogue, Parallel Forums, High-level overseas talent and product research seminars, ‘Thousand Talent Program’ achievement briefing activities, International Talent Intelligence Project Road Show, high-level talents in Qingdao blue economy inspection activity, International Education Cooperation Forum and Project Matchmaking, Exhibition of achievements at the 18th China-Qingdao Blue Economy International Professionals and Industry-Academia-Research Conference, Exhibition of "Blue High-tech" marine scientific and technological achievements, Science and Technology Carnival, Future technology, Black Tech and Creative Culture exhibitions, Welcome Banquet, and the final competition of the returned overseas students’ innovation program.
