We are 2nd generation, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Kishiwada, Japan.

We do not encourage unnecessary job changes, and we engage with the job seeker’s life as a whole, while continuing to support career development after joining. We design optimal interview schedules and offer bespoke interview strategies tailored to each applying company. We provide responses within 30 minutes and offer flexible support on weekends and evenings, balancing speed with attentiveness.

We deliver our services through structured processes, including planning interview dates, developing company-specific interview strategies, and maintaining timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.
