We were created in 2009 by a close-knit team of experienced, talented professionals who love recruiting but were disillusioned by the state of our industry. We found that trust had been eroded in the relationship between organizations that need good people and the staffing agencies they are forced to deal with. We decided to do things differently. We understood that successful recruitment is a partnership, and that companies don’t want staffing agencies—they need recruitment partners that they can count on to look out for their best interests. We knew there was a real opportunity for a company that could set this situation right, and we came up with a simple business model: Fair Market Value.
