Veterans at Work - Job Offers and Recruitment for Age 60+

We are a partnership operating in the human resources industry, and we are headquartered in Tirat HaKarmel, Israel.

We administer the “Veterans at Work” program, a program of the Ministry for Social Equality, operated by Maof Group. Our aim is to integrate citizens aged 60 and over into the labor market, addressing the needs of job seekers in this age range and employers who wish to benefit from their personal and professional skills and to place them within organizations, and to act with a sense of mission and to create workplace diversity in all its aspects. Within the program, both sides—the employer and the candidate—benefit from advice and guidance at all stages of recruitment and onboarding, up to successful long-term integration into the organization, with full funding by the Ministry for Social Equality. In addition, we offer no-cost career guidance for retirees of your organization.

We provide counseling and ongoing support to both employers and candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, with the aim of long-term successful integration into the organization. This service is funded in full by the Ministry for Social Equality.
