We are 7D Recruitment Services, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

We place IT professionals in mid-level management positions in Hungary, focusing on IT project managers and business analysts. We recruit for roles defined by our clients and prepare candidates ahead of their start date based on the requirements of the positions. Our staff typically work on longer, multi-year projects, which, in our experience, open opportunities to lead new projects. Our clients are primarily banks, private higher education institutions, and state service providers, who rely on the knowledge of the specialists we supply. For IT project managers, the tasks involve leading complex projects initiated by the client. For business analysts, many tasks are aligned with the business needs of banks. Our seconded colleagues have gained broad new experience in various areas, including digitalization, EU regulatory compliance, and server room construction projects, which can serve as a catalyst for the next step in their planned career path.

We deliver our services by placing professionals as seconded staff on client projects. We prepare candidates before they begin assignments based on the requirements of the roles, and we support them throughout longer engagements.
