We are A-Search AB, a public company operating in the Executive Search Services industry. We were founded in 1991 and are headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.

We are part of The Taplow Group, a worldwide network that provides us with the possibilities to identify and recruit across borders. We focus on identifying, recruiting and assessing leaders and experts whose experience, skills and records of success match our clients' requirements.

We offer a solid eight-step process. We start with a startup meeting in which we create a document describing your company for our candidates. We then conduct research within the current industry to identify top talents, followed by competency-based interviews in which we present the top three to five candidates. If desired, we can provide a comprehensive personality test administered by our psychologist, and we can arrange a background check if requested.
