AANPAK PEOPLE SOLUTIONS is a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Spain.

Our name derives from the Dutch word meaning focus or approach, and we aim to lead a new concept in recruitment consulting, remuneration, and the programs that support people in professional transition.

We offer a new way of working that covers the full cycle in people matters, from the initial search, through evaluation and development, to remuneration and ultimately exit, all built on a thorough design of work processes aimed at achieving the full satisfaction of service users.

Our services include executive search for middle managers and senior leadership, consultancy in the design and implementation of remuneration plans, and individual programs for people in transition, such as the loss of employment or the entry into a new role.

We operate in Spain.
