Activepeople AS is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Grimstad, Norway.

We were established in Grimstad in 2001. We are proud to have delivered services to both small and large organizations, and to have created programs that help talents to flourish, help women to become visible, and help leadership teams to become cohesive and to create success. We are most proud of having helped our customers and partners to achieve good results over the years.

We have a broad client portfolio in renewable energy, process industry, shipping, and information technology. Several of the companies we have worked with have international operations, and we have delivered programs in Brazil, Germany, Japan, China, India, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, and Singapore. Our specialties include recruitment, development, staffing, staffing solutions, and career guidance. We have offices in Grimstad and Kristiansand.
