ADENI Recruitment Agency, we are a self-owned staffing and recruitment organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany.

We support applicants through the entire application process at no cost to them. We focus on positions offered as direct employment with client companies, and upon successful placement the employment contract is signed directly with the client company. We are a nationwide, cross-industry recruitment organization, with emphasis on the sectors of mechanical engineering, automotive, electrical engineering, and chemistry. We primarily place personnel in sales, including inside sales, as well as technical sales and engineers. We also specialize in East Asian language skills, particularly Japanese language skills and Japan-related expertise for various positions and industries.
