Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs is a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We are headquartered in Mumbai, India.

We were launched in 2007 with the objective of creating an alternate leadership pipeline for the Aditya Birla Group. We hire and groom talent from select leading business schools, and our focus is on cultivating high quality future leaders with innovative thinking for the Aditya Birla Group.

We offer five levels: GIP (Group Internship Program), LEAP (Leadership Associate Program), HRLP (Human Resource Leadership Program), FLP (Finance Leadership Program), and an Engineering Leadership Program. GIP is an eight-week internship program for individuals with 0-3 years of pre-MBA work experience; LEAP and HRLP are for individuals with 0-3 years of pre-MBA work experience; FLP is for CA rankers; and the Engineering Leadership Program is for engineering campus recruits.

We recruit exceptional students from leading Indian business schools, including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur, ISB Hyderabad, MDI Gurgaon, TISS Mumbai, SPJIMR Mumbai, and BITSoM Mumbai. ABGLP has emerged as a preferred choice for lateral hires across top Indian business schools, and recruited candidates have excelled as a part of these programs.

We operate in India as a leadership development program within the Aditya Birla Group, offering programs at multiple levels with a campus-based recruitment approach across the country.
