We are Advalue Search, a privately held recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry.

Our core competence lies in recruitment, including candidate research and candidate management. Each year, we provide companies with candidates, covering more than 2,500 open positions across Europe, through outsourcing partnerships or shorter recruitment projects.

We deliver our services through a broad network of selected sub-contractors and access to acknowledged databases, supporting our work with efficient sourcing and candidate management.

Our specialty lies in the first half of the recruitment process, and we know how to find the right candidates fast.

We are represented in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway and Sweden, and we operate beyond these borders.
