We are AEDIPE CATALUNYA - Associació Catalana de Direcció de Personas, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1965 and are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

We are the Catalan professional association of reference in the function of directing, managing and developing people in organizations. We provide value-added services to our members and disseminate knowledge about the functions of Human Resources and People Management in organizations to collaborate in the improvement of the profession and thus positively influence the results of their companies.

We offer our members and professionals in-person events where we share knowledge and foster innovation and advancement in the profession, as well as networking spaces to meet and stay connected with professionals in the sector. Members also receive publications with content on current topics and trends in people management, as well as professional support for different stages of their careers. Additionally, in recognition of their importance, we drive significant training activities for the personal and professional development of our members and sector professionals.
