afstudeerbeurs, we are a recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Ghent, Belgium.

We run the afstudeerbeurs, a major job and lifelong learning fair in Flanders. We bring together four fairs that take place simultaneously: the general job market, the interuniversitaire Job Market for Young Researchers, the Ghent Capital of Technology Corner, and the lifelong learning fair. We attract more than 5,000 visitors and more than 300 companies and organizations.

We deliver our event by coordinating these co-located fairs and enabling registration and engagement for visitors and participating organizations. Visitors can register from 1 February 2025 via our website.

Our specialties include job fair, recruitment and selection, further study, international careers, alumni, PhD/postdoc, bachelor, master, CV analysis, workshops and information sessions, VDAB, graduate diploma, jobs, and lifelong learning.

We operate in Belgium.

The 22nd edition is scheduled for 27 March 2025 in hall 1 at Flanders Expo Gent, and visitors can register from 1 February 2025 via our website. The event brings together job opportunities and lifelong learning for audiences in Flanders, attracting more than 5,000 visitors and more than 300 companies and organizations.
