Agenzia per il Lavoro - Solco is a privately held staffing and recruiting company, and we operate in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1989 and are headquartered in Roma, Italy.

We created this area for a precise purpose: to provide a space where companies and candidates can meet, get to know each other, and perhaps pursue a professional path together. One of our priorities is to reconcile, on the one hand, the needs of companies to search for and find new resources, with the needs of those who are looking for a job.

We are accredited by the Ministry of Labour for search and selection (Prot. 39/0011450 of 19 May 2015) and for professional reintegration (Prot. 39/0011452 of 19 May 2015). We are also accredited for employment services with the Lazio Region (DGR 03459 of 26 March 2015) and with the Sicily Region (Determina n. 2721 of 29 April 2016).

We deliver labor market services, conduct recruitment and selection and professional reintegration, and promote equal opportunities. We work with enterprises and human resources, and we provide training as part of our offerings.
