AgileFluent is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia.

We deliver a range of services designed to support international job seekers. We offer career consultations with an international recruiting expert to analyze your case, set a goal and begin preparing for your job search abroad. We provide CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile consultations with feedback to adapt your materials to vacancies. We run 6-day intensives, where, together with an expert, you can write a master CV from scratch, prepare a cover letter template, or create a LinkedIn profile for international job searches. We assist with responses to vacancies and outreach by finding relevant vacancies and contacts of hiring managers and sending message chains for networking. We accompany you through the offer, helping you navigate all stages from CV to adaptation at a new place, and we regularly search for and respond to vacancies. We offer mock interviews with a recruiter to practice answering questions. We offer a 4-week English intensive for working in an international team with full immersion in agile work.

We are based in Armenia with headquarters in Yerevan, and our client list includes international companies such as Amazon, Flo, TikTok, Bolt, Uber, EPAM and many other companies.
