We are AgileIT Kft., a staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

Our purpose is to respond quickly and effectively to changing client needs, offering good-enough solutions, namely candidates, to our clients. This idea is rooted in agile methods used in software development, with the aim of delivering faster, more efficient results that respond to evolving client requirements.

We recognize that the world has become more unpredictable since the pandemic, and rapid reaction is required from employers, job seekers, and recruiters. The situation is complex and multi-faceted, and long-term planning is increasingly challenging due to limited information. We believe that agility allows resources to be mobilized quickly, directions to be changed, and processes to be adjusted.
