AIDP Liguria, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1960 and are headquartered in Liguria, Italy.

Our purpose is to provide a space for meeting and exchange for all members, and a place for personal and professional growth within our association.

We work for the territory and with the territory; we offer services and opportunities for socialization to support professional development through numerous events organized throughout the year, addressing current regulatory topics and the development of managerial skills (soft skills).

In terms of focus areas, we pay particular attention to two themes: Youth—the orientation and professional growth through a dedicated section and initiatives such as the Mentoring Project—and coordination with other associations in the region to develop ideas and launch common initiatives for the growth of competencies in our region.

We operate in Italy, with activities centered in Liguria and collaboration with other associations in the territory to develop ideas and launch common initiatives for the growth of skills in our region.
