In delivering our activities we rely on the participation of our members and, through associative management, aim to secure the best employment conditions for them, developing a mutualistic and solidaristic ethos. We collaborate with other cooperative bodies and consortia across Italy and are affiliated with Confcooperative (Federsolidarietà). The main sectors in which we operate include the management of socio-health and nursing services in hospitals, nursing homes, and public or privately accredited facilities (outsourcing the management of nursing staff, socio-healthcare operators, nursing coordinators, and auxiliary staff within hospital departments); and the programming of ongoing training courses for nurses and care workers.
