We are an ecosystem that connects companies, candidates, and providers of talent services. We function as a marketplace for human talent where companies and candidates can access the services they require with savings of time and money.

We deliver our services through digital platforms. We operate a job portal where people search for work opportunities and companies find candidates for their vacancies, integrated with an application to digitalize recruitment and selection processes (an Applicant Tracking System, or ATS). We also maintain a learning portal with free content on our website that supports and teaches candidates to be more employable, through training in skills to secure better employment, while helping companies structure their offers to attract and manage the talent they require. Finally, the Marketplace is the virtual site where companies acquire services for people management (including temporary employment) and candidates access free or paid services to improve their employability.
