We are Alfa Crewing Bureau. We are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Klaipeda, Lithuania.

We coordinate employment of seamen to all types of vessels under many different international flags. We arrange workers for cargo and fishing vessels, the fishing industry and shipyards. We have experience arranging vessels in Baltic shipyards for dry docking, sandblasting, painting, rebuilding, ship repair and maintenance work, and we can establish contacts between Baltic shipyards and ship owners. Our working language is English, and our office communicates in Russian, Lithuanian, Danish, Faroese, Icelandic and Norwegian. We are ISO 9001 certified by DNV.

We deliver our services through coordinated crewing activities and by facilitating shipyard-related work. We maintain supervision during operations with two technical supervisors who have experience in such activities. We connect shipowners with Baltic shipyards to support dry docking, maintenance and related projects.
