We are Alfa Human Service, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We support caregivers of children with disabilities and professionals, especially teachers. We also offer our professional services to the commercial sector, where CSR is part of our added value. Our aim is to support a more independent child with a disability and a psychologically stable adult.

Through consultations, psychotherapeutic counseling, coaching, supervision, education and occupational therapy, we strengthen the psychological stability of our clients, seek to prevent burnout, improve communication with partners, family and the surrounding work environment, and reinforce parenting approaches for children with disabilities.

We provide services through a certified coach in ČAKO; we are an accredited institution by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs; we offer psycho-rehabilitation stays for families with disabled children; and we operate the Ambulant Counseling Center ALFA in Prague, Plzeň and Pardubice.

We operate in the Czech Republic.

As a nonprofit organization, we were founded in 2000 and operate the ALFABET information portal, which is intended for families with children with disabilities and professionals who work with them. We are a member of the CSR Association and an affiliated member of the European network Eurocarers.
