A.L.I.T.U.R. is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We view ourselves as a bridge between the Faculty and companies in the labor market through associative networking and placement initiatives such as the Forum Università-Lavoro, and through sharing of competencies by organizing readings and seminars for our members and their companies at the Faculty. We aim to build a network of alumni, professors, and researchers from the Faculty of Engineering at Tor Vergata to consolidate within the association the capital of competencies originated from the University and enriched over time. We help our members in their professional growth by organizing seminars, events, and informing them of professional opportunities, and we strive to be an authoritative interlocutor on topics of scientific and economic relevance, bringing members back to the University to hold readings, organize seminars and conferences, and promoting thesis and research projects.

We deliver these activities by coordinating with the university community, organizing readings, seminars, and conferences for our members and their companies at the Faculty, and by facilitating placement initiatives such as the Forum Università-Lavoro.

We operate in Italy, with activities centered in Rome.

Our members offer their time, energy, and professionalism to the association on a voluntary basis, and even the Forum Università-Lavoro is organized with a voluntary spirit by both students and graduates.
