We are AlphaConsult-Gruppe, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1982 and are headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany.

With our motto, "Empowering businesses to greater heights – recruitment solutions for all", we express our brand promise to support individual strengths and to deliver the "perfect match" through precise, professional applicant selection, which we regard as a given. We operate not only nationally but also internationally. We train our personnel continuously and to a high standard.

We approach our clients' requirements with enthusiasm and undertake the necessary measures for their economic success. Our governance relies on a management board with long-standing industry experience.
