AM Group, we are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. Our headquarters are in Roeselare, Belgium.
We consist of three companies: Absolute Jobs, Absolute YOU, and Maxicon, specialized in temporary and permanent recruitment and selection, payrolling, and outsourcing.
We deliver our services through our brands, pursuing a multi-brand approach with a focus on organic growth and smart acquisitions. We have over 20 offices spread around Belgium with affiliates across Europe.
We have the ambition to grow to an international HR builder with a turnover of €100M in five years, implementing a multi-brand strategy based on strong organic growth and smart acquisitions.
