In recruitment, our process follows industry standards, and we distinguish ourselves by our experience, quality, and engagement. We apply personality tests and skills analyses for executive and specialist roles, and we draw on a well-maintained network in logistics, production, sales, trade, finance, and HR. We recruit for roles from assistant level to managerial positions. In headhunting, we combine a developed network and a quality-controlled search on LinkedIn to identify specialist talent. We maintain ongoing contact with candidates and clients, and over time we gain referrals, recommendations, assignments, and successful matches, which helps us find the expertise our clients need.
