Çanakkale Belediyesi Kariyer ve İş Geliştirme Ofisi is a government agency operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Çanakkale, Turkey.

We operate within the framework of modern municipal social governance, where employment is a key focus. Our purpose is to support the region’s employment by providing vocational trainings aligned with identified needs, developing skilled people to increase workforce productivity, and informing employers about the information they need for workforce development through seminars and methods. We also aim to assist future generations with career guidance during school age and to follow projects related to vocational education to bring them to our region.

We describe our approach as follows: job seekers apply to our office, we determine the details of their applications, and employers specify the desired characteristics for their personnel. We connect applicants who meet the required qualifications with employers without regard to religion, sect, origin, or views. If there is a shortage of mid-level staff in the region, we organize vocational trainings under our protocols to train and integrate these individuals as skilled workers into the workforce.
