Andamiaje, Inc. We are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

We are a consulting firm focused on guiding people and organizations toward greater success by optimizing productivity and improving competitive advantage. We focus on helping people to be successful both personally and professionally.

We are a system specialized in providing organizational, psychological, and educational support. We offer services that include consulting, organizational development interventions, and the development of policies and corporate protocols. We design and deliver trainings and workshops, in person and virtual, across a wide variety of topics. We also provide psychological services.

We operate in Puerto Rico, with our headquarters based in Ponce, and our activities are centered there.
