We are Andromeda, a nonprofit B-type social cooperative operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Montichiari, Italy.

Our purpose is to support companies in meeting the obligations imposed by Law 68 by recruiting and selecting people belonging to protected categories and by offering a broad range of outsourcing services. Through Article 14 conventions, we enable companies to avoid direct hiring of the selected individuals.

We deliver our services by working closely with companies to identify suitable candidates from protected categories, conduct searches and selections, and provide a broad portfolio of outsourcing and facility management offerings.

Our specialties include removals and porterage, environmental hygiene services, school transportation, transport for people with disabilities and social transport, services to businesses, outsourcing and facility management, and disability management.

We operate in Italy.
