We are Anffas Piemonte Lavoro, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Torino, Italy.

We design and manage all stages related to employment insertion, addressing our interventions to people seeking work and to companies seeking staff, in order to meet the requests of enterprises and the employment expectations of the people we serve.

We deliver our services through structured processes. For people, we conduct intake interviews, analyze needs, provide job orientation, offer opportunities for work, describe opportunities within Active Labour Policy projects, and, where appropriate, undertake case management. For enterprises, we analyze demand, perform preselection and selection of personnel, facilitate engagement between demand and supply, inform about access to incentives, financing and exemptions for hires, support the fulfilment of obligations under L. 68/99 and related exemptions, and provide accompaniment and support for the insertion of personnel, along with information and updates on Active Labour Policy projects.
