ANP associazione nazionale dirigenti scolastici e alte professionalità della scuola is a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1987 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We safeguard the values of the categories we represent and work to strengthen their social role and their economic and cultural recognition. Our strategic activity includes a constant and varied offering of training and updating pathways, including through our two affiliated entities: the Dirscuola training and services cooperative (an entity accredited by MIUR) and the online consulting company Italiascuola.it. To our decisive union action and protection of the categories represented, we also bring a deep cultural commitment aimed at promoting innovation and improvement in the educational and socio-economic policies of the country, with a constant eye on the European dimension. This commitment is enriched by numerous agreements, partnerships, and memoranda of understanding with entities, universities, and associations (including CNEL, CRUI, Intercultura, FAI, Microsoft Italia, La Fabbrica, Fondazione TIM, Goethe-Institut, Sapienza University of Rome, Link Campus University), particularly in the fields of innovation, the diffusion of managerial and economic-financial culture, as well as the protection of cultural and environmental assets.

We deliver our services through the Dirscuola cooperative and the Italiascuola.it online consulting company, providing training and services and online guidance as part of our approach. We undertake decisive union actions and provide protection for the categories represented, and we accompany these activities with a cultural program aimed at promoting innovation and improvement in educational and socio-economic policies in Italy. Our work is supported by numerous agreements, partnerships, and protocols with entities, universities, and associations.
