Antigua Barbuda Employers' Federation

Antigua Barbuda Employers' Federation. We are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1950 and are headquartered in St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda.

We were established to provide a voice for the industry in the face of a strong workers’ movement represented by the Antigua Trades and Labour Union. Our objectives include informing members of prevailing labour laws and practices, advising members on the interpretation and applicability of those laws, organizing employers into a respectable association, advising and representing employers in dealings with workers and their representative trade unions, promoting collective bargaining, and opposing legislation that is disadvantageous to employers, among others.

We deliver our work through information and guidance that supports employers in navigating labour relations and regulatory requirements. Our areas of specialization include Labour Relations, Training, Consultations, Representation, Labour Research, Social Dialogue, Collective Bargaining, Compensation Survey, Enterprise Development, Employer Advocacy, Dispute Resolution, Customer Service, Contract Preparation, HR Best Practices, and Health & Safety.

We operate within Antigua and Barbuda and are headquartered in St. John's, providing services to employers across the country.
