We are Aperta, s.r.o., a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Liberec, Czech Republic.

Our purpose is to support corporate education, consulting and coaching. We have more than 20 years of experience in education and development, and we train over 2,000 participants annually. We tailor training to client requirements, enabling faster and more effective learning. We operate across diverse sectors—including automotive, healthcare, banking, insurance, public administration, education and construction—and work with companies of varying sizes, from family-owned businesses to multinational corporations.

We deliver our services through qualified professionals who apply original training techniques and materials, and we approach each assignment with a human-centered mindset.
