We are APS PROFIT POLSKA, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Szczecin, Poland.

We are a team that gladly takes on every recruitment project and we successfully attract both top specialists and senior managers and management staff.

We are divided into four separate departments offering the following services: national leasing of temporary workers across the country; recruitment and employee leasing for foreign employers; recruitment and leasing of workers from Eastern regions (Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus) into Poland; and payroll outsourcing.

Our specialties include recruitment, HR, personnel administration, employee leasing, and payroll outsourcing.

We operate across Poland and in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, and Belarus.
