We are Arbeidslivsdagene ved Det juridiske fakultetet i Bergen, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

We are a student-led arrangement with the aim of serving as the link between UiB's law students and actors from the world of work. Our goal is to give students insight into all the possibilities a law degree provides, as well as to connect employers with candidates.

We organize the event each February in the facilities of the Faculty of Law at UiB, and students from all departments can participate. ALD consists of several events and is divided into volunteer, public and private career days. Employers participate by hosting stands in the faculty's common areas and by delivering company presentations in the auditoriums. In the afternoons on these days, several employers conduct interviews with candidates for their internship and trainee programs.

The career days conclude with an evening event at a Bergen venue, where informal mingling is facilitated.
