We advise, assist and implement improvement actions in organizations. We are a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay.

We are a consultancy responsible for advising, assisting, and implementing actions to improve organizations in the short, medium, and long term, through innovative ideas that enable us to enhance the internal environment and teamwork. We develop workshops of improvement of organizational behavior and performance to achieve objectives, through the use of innovative activities, board games, role-playing, and spaces for interaction, among others. Role-playing games for companies—originally emerged with dynamics and techniques of psychology—are now socio-ludic activities where what matters is the interpretation and decision-making of the participants, who assume the roles of characters participating in a guided adventure. With the appropriate professional focus, they constitute ideal tools to evaluate HR in organizations. In some sessions it is possible to provide a team with an interesting space for recreation, which also serves to prepare reports of team performance analyses, strengths and individual weaknesses, personality factors, strategies for virtual scenarios, leadership, and much more. Directed at companies, study groups, sports teams, associations, sectors of institutions, or leadership bodies whose teamwork can be enhanced through the generation of a motivating internal environment, the development of organizational culture, and continuous improvement of interpersonal relationships.

We deliver our services with a professional approach, using these activities as tools to evaluate HR within organizations. We provide sessions that offer a space for a team to engage in activities that also generate performance analysis reports by team, as well as insights into strengths and weaknesses, personality factors, strategies for virtual scenarios, leadership, and more.
