Asociace poskytovatelů personálních služeb / APPS, we are a nonprofit association of personnel service providers and HR consulting companies delivering personnel services. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

Our immediate goal is to create conditions for the successful development of a stable labor market in the Czech Republic. To achieve this, we communicate with the relevant institutions and state authorities. We are independent, voluntary, and professional in our approach, and our members cover significant portions of the legal flexible labor market in the Czech Republic, reaching up to 50%. We advise firms to work with a member of APPS for collaboration in finding suitable human resources, because we ensure and regularly monitor compliance with our ethical code, equal conditions, compliance with the labor code, and other valid provisions.

We operate by coordinating among member agencies and HR consulting companies, providing guidance to firms on collaboration with APPS members for recruitment, and maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance as part of our ongoing work.

Our specialties include the labor market, human resources, recruitment, agency employment (temporary staffing), and legislation.

We operate in the Czech Republic and refer to our national scope in our narratives as part of our work within the country.
