AT HR Consulting is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.

We work with you to identify the building blocks or foundation within your organization, approaching the task from two angles: strategic and people-centered.

First, we review the strategy and may optimize or determine it. We develop or optimize the mission, vision, and core values; bring structure and address growth pains by outlining procedures and job classifications; roll out HR and pay policies; and draft an HR Manual.

With a people-centered approach, we maintain a continuous focus on attracting and retaining personnel. We offer Employer Branding, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Training, and Evaluation.
