We are AtypikAll, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Bayonne, France.

We started from a simple observation: discrimination in hiring still persists. Consciously or not, we are all subject to cognitive biases that influence our behavior. Disability, gender, foreign-sounding name, diploma obtained, school attended, belonging to a minority — each difference, each past experience, each prejudice can still influence the recruitment process and equal opportunities. Our tool therefore aims to smooth out these inequalities to make room for judgments of real skills: soft skills, hard skills, Mad skills, transversal skills, creativity potential, and human dimension involvement. We have learned from birth to have to fit into boxes in order to be able to conform to society. AtypikAll allows you to exit and create your own boxes. Finally freed from these archaic dictates, recruiters and candidates will be able to communicate in a more qualitative and ethical manner. For who? For all those involved in recruiting who also want to be agents of change: candidates, recruiters, human resources, companies.
