Since 2006, we have supported our clients—companies, investment funds, and associations—in direct recruitment of experts and executives. Our methodology follows a clear and optimized approach designed to align recruitment with the context, the role, and the required competencies.

Our approach and way of working are delivered through three stages. First, needs analysis: we study the company context, the role and its environment, define the key competencies based on the duties of the position, and identify sectors, companies, and profiles that match the required know-how and soft skills. Second, mission: we identify potential candidates with respect for confidentiality and diversity; we conduct direct outreach, validate and evaluate candidates, provide reporting and a short-list, and support candidates and clients through to contract signing. Third, partnership: we provide integration follow-up with the client (operational and HR) along with a contractual guarantee.
