The Selection Aid is a modular test system for apprenticeship selection. You choose from 12 capability areas to include in the test as part of the selection. Based on these selections, we assemble your individual apprentice test. The test tasks were developed specifically for the target group. All PC-based formats (animations, drag and drop, multiple choice, etc.) are used. The Selection Aid includes features that significantly ease the apprenticeship selection process. In the admin area, you can manage candidate data. The automatically generated evaluation sheet shows in the capability area whether the minimum requirements (target profile values) were reached by the candidate. This allows easy assessment of applicants’ strengths and weaknesses.
