AutiTalent is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in the Netherlands.

We are a social enterprise—a business service provider with societal impact. We are a commercial company, but we are primarily driven by a social mission. Our goal is to help as many people with autism to full, paid work. We work not only by employing people with autism but also by enabling other companies to employ autistic staff. Together with clients, we give concrete form to our social responsibility.

We focus our services on supportive business processes, including (financial) administration, HRM, ICT, DIV, legal and facilities. These processes contain routine tasks that are well suited to our staff with autism. We also support our clients by providing the right on-site guidance.

We provide recruitment and selection of employees with autism, advice and coaching of employees with autism, digitization of dossiers and archives, and secondment of employees with autism.

We operate nationwide in the Netherlands.
