Avacend Solutions — we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the telecommunications, IT and networking industries. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Chennai, India.

We were established in 2003 as a project business to meet the first 2G network rollout and deployment needs of customers, and we diversified into staffing from turnkey projects. As 3G deployment came to an end, we redeployed most of our turnkey resources to the staff augmentation model, enabling us to work with large customers such as Nokia, Ericsson and ALU. We were awarded the global Samsung partnership contract to reverse outsource Korean expats to India to design and deploy the LTE network, managing about 50 expats for over two years. We have partnered with all major OEMs in the telecom, IT and networking sectors, and we added clients like Infosys and Cisco in 2019–2020. Our core services offerings provide a combination of Staffing, Turnkey and Managed Services in various industries, and our expertise in Information Technology, Networking and Telecom attracts a wide range of clients, including companies that specialize in call centres and first-level response to their customers.

We deliver Staffing, Turnkey and Managed Services through our resource pool and market network. We redeploy resources from turnkey projects into staff augmentation to meet client needs, and we work with OEMs in telecom, IT and networking to support both technical and general staffing requirements.
