Avant Talent Group is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Tilburg, Netherlands.

We help care organizations in the VVT, GHZ, and GGZ find motivated healthcare professionals. Our approach includes training newcomers in the Dutch language, assisting with recognition of their care diplomas, and preparing them for a career in Dutch healthcare. We are also strong in finding and guiding healthcare personnel from abroad, including from EU countries and beyond.

We deliver our services through a structured process that includes language training, diploma recognition support, and career readiness for Dutch care roles. We also facilitate cross-border staffing to connect care organizations with qualified professionals from abroad.
