We are Awwwesome HR, a self-employed recruitment agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
We specialize in filling vacancies across IT roles, from junior to CEO. We work in DevOps, Data, Software Engineering and other IT directions. We perform Executive Search and embed recruiters into product teams.
We understand how hard it is to find the right person, especially in competitive markets and under talent shortages. Therefore we do not simply search—we build a funnel, engage candidates, persuade them, and move them to an offer.
We close vacancies across IT roles and provide Executive Search, along with embedding recruiters into product teams.
