Axidus is a privately held staffing and human resources company. We operate in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1996 and are headquartered in Maasdijk, the Netherlands.

Our purpose is to relieve our clients of coordination tasks and, where needed, to take over planning or supply packaging materials. In close consultation with you, we continually seek ways to perform work more effectively and efficiently. This approach has positioned us as a full-service supplier in the field of labor.

We deliver our services through close personal contact with you and by taking on planning tasks or providing packaging materials as needed. We prioritize collaboration to identify improvements and to continually refine how we work.

We operate in sectors including construction, food, non-food, logistics, AGF, horticulture, and cleaning. We also maintain an in-house training center, Axidus Projects, where employees are prepared for sector-specific work, learning safety rules, product handling, and client-specific requirements. We take good care of our people, providing housing, transport to and from work, and a supportive team environment.

We are active in the Netherlands, with a footprint across West Netherlands and ongoing expansion to other parts of the country. We also have locations in Maasdijk, the Netherlands, and in Olsztyn and Opole, Poland.
