B. I. Group (OD) we are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Hod Hasharon, Israel.

We believe that in order to succeed today organizations need to adopt a new style of thinking and action based on the constant process of disruptive thinking and stronger partnership between the organization's leaders and talents. We were founded as an OD accelerator in which OD practitioners and academics develop tools and methods to help organizations and managers make the transformation to the new world, combining state of the art academic research with the vast experience of OD professionals and harnessing the power of Social Network Analysis. We believe that organizations need to change in five different arenas: developing thinking skills that match the pace of global change today, the ability to quickly adapt and integrate organizational strategy across the organization, the ability to carry out digital transformation, personal development of executives and talents in the organization, and the ability to see and empower all members of the organization. For each arena, we have developed unique tools to help organizations better adapt to rapidly changing realities.
