B2B Service Kft is a partnership operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

Our narrow specialization is recruiting Ukrainian workers and serving employees with different qualifications. We continuously study the current needs of Generation X and Generation Y among Ukrainian workers who work abroad, and the key challenges that arise when adapting to a new location. The foreign workers—people across sectors for whom pay and working conditions are not always the most important values. Therefore, we tailor our services daily to raise the satisfaction of workers in the new place, thereby reducing turnover. Our mission is “If you want to help a person, don’t give them money—give them a good job.” This simple truth has become the core principle of our work. We are proud to continually reveal the potential of Ukrainian workers on the international labor market, which in turn provides Ukrainian families with opportunities to improve their financial and social situations, or even start a completely new life in the new place.
