We are Balt Marketing, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

For employers, we deliver direct search and placement services for permanent staff, and we also source temporary workers. We provide guidance on management matters and conduct labor market analysis.
