We were founded to meet the highest international shipping standards and to serve seafarers as a reliable, friendly, and professional manning partner. We are fully compliant with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), hold relevant Polish government licenses, and are accredited as a recruitment and placement agency. This ensures protection of seafarers’ rights and that all placements meet international and national regulations. We emphasize recruiting highly educated, experienced, and hardworking seafarers, with close ties to Maritime Academies and training centers to keep crew skills up to date with the latest maritime standards.
