We are Baltic Partnership Center, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry as a staff-leasing agency. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

We provide temporary employment and recruitment services across the Baltic States and Germany. We also intend to enter the Nordic market and we are looking for new partners with which to form long-term business partnerships.

We act as the employer of record and are responsible for staff selection, administration of employment relations, taxation and compliance of HR records within Lithuanian law. All employees are instructed on safety at work and fire protection, and have a full health examination, enabling them to start work immediately.

Our services cover staff-leasing, secondment, pay-rolling, and recruitment and selection.

We operate in Germany and Lithuania, with activity across the Baltic States.
